The Patient Services Call Center handles the following patient needs:
- Responding to inquiries about clinic appointments
- Changing/postponing/canceling appointments as needed and when permitted
- Requesting chronic medications for patients
- Responding to inquiries from patients outside KHCC
- Booking appointments at the early detection clinic and responding to inquiries about appointments
- Referring the patient to the concerned party in the event that their request is not met through the Patient Services Office
